I bought this 26" mans bike in 1961 from a Schwinn dealer in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on South Spanish Street. I was 12 years old at the time. Drivetrain will consist of a Fuel Injected LS engine with 550+ horsepower, 6 speed Tremec, 12 bolt posi rear running 3.31 gears, lowered, hydraboost disc brakes, modified suspension to make it a great handling street car.

There will be many subtle custom touches, but nothing to disturb the classic lines of the vehicle. The interior will be highly updated with many hidden modern touches. I am shaving door handles and locks to smooth the body styling somewhat. It will have electric doors and trunk releases.
