| This is my personal triple black roadster with matching numbers on everything: It is a factory 283 CI, 290 HP Fuel Injection, 4 speed, 4:11 posi rear end, power windows.
Lot of questions on this one. Yes, this car is ALL matching numbers. Correct block, heads, fuel unit, trans, and rear end. Correct master cylinder, wheel cylinders, exhaust manifolds, generator, etc. Correct everything. This car is right. It has been in the St. Louis area for quite some time. I have not yet done all the research into past owners. I know the two prior to me.

Yeah, I know all the arguments. Don 't cut up a perfectly good SS convertible! Well, hell, anybody can cut up a junker.
But I wanted something different. A full frame Nova convertible with large by huge rear tires, six speed, big block. Tires are 335-35-17 rear with 215-45-15 front. So, that is what I am building. I bought this car in three truckloads, plus a trailer full of parts. I have replaced the floors, trunk pan (modified), quarters, doors, fenders. So, other than the hood and trunk lid, it is all new sheetmetal.

05/28/09 update...The finish line is close!
There are only a few remaining items to get done on this car. It is a running driving car now. I am really happy with the way it has turned out. It has gobs of power, shifts great, and handles more like a slot car that a Nova wagon.
I found that the 2" lowering blocks I used were a little much compared to the front so I installed one inch blocks now. That leveled the body out. I got the caps on and it looks really sleeper.

| This car was a One Owner when I got it! I am the second owner. This car has 38,929 ORIGINAL MILES! Originally a Florida car. (You can click on any of the pictures to make it a full screen picture. )
Note: I have upgraded the steering to power with a quick ratio steering box. It is a 12:1 ratio, and it definately makes this car much more drivable. I will show pics shortly. Proabably this weekend. As this car is improved, the price will be escalating. I like driving it and am about to change my mind on selling.
